The One Fee We Do Charge
Pulling cash out at a partner forex office other than the one that holds your balance involves a physical cash rebalancing cost between offices, so it carries a flat fee:

Cross-office cash withdrawal (flat fee, any amount)
Withdrawing at the same office where your balance sits, or receiving funds directly to your wallet, is not affected by this fee.
Transaction & Daily Limits
Limits depend on your account's verification tier. Unverified accounts have completed sign-up but not yet passed KYC; Verified accounts have completed identity verification in the app.

Limits are default platform settings and may be adjusted by Pesa Wire from time to time for risk and compliance reasons. Complete identity verification (KYC) in the app to move to the Verified tier and unlock higher limits.
Bulk Payments (Business)
